Feature:
SRD-II resin bond diamond is irregular diamond with very rough surface and mosaic structure composed of many single sub -crystals.It is used in resin bond diamond grinding tool suitable for grinding tungsten carbide,ceramics and glass.It is sharp and can be strong held by bond.
In case of large grinding force.SRD-II grain tend to crack along the border between sub-crystal and sub-crystal,not along the consecutive surface.so under the action of stress ,only small irregular fragments collapse from the grain,leave many new sharp blades or edges on the surface of the abrasive grain.
Application:
With these characteristics SRD-II is used in resin bond diamond grinding tools,which are suitable for grinding tungsten carbide,ceramics and glass

Feature:
With equivalent crystal, rough surface, the most angular shaped and friable diamond, the product is gray and green color. The mesh size is between 50/60 and 400/500. It is low strength diamond abrasives. Due to its equivalent shape, there are no directional problems when used. With rough surface and concave angles, the bond retention is very high.
